Torgny Wickman , born April 22, 1911 in Lund , died September 24, 1997 in Flodafors , Floda Parish , Katrineholms Municipality , Södermanland County , was a Swedish director , photographer and songwriter . He was also active under the pseudonym Jon York .

Torgny Wickman was the son of peace warden Albert Wickman and Silva, unmarried Sundberg. He edited the Olympiad in white (1948) and made a feature film debut with the criminal film Girl without name , continued with One Night at Glimmingehus (1954) where Edvard Persson participated and Blocked Tracks (1955). He then worked with commercials and short films until he directed Eve - The Outcast (1969) followed by a series of pornographic films.

He was married to Ci Lindahl (1912-1974) in 1935-1947, daughter of the civil engineer Sune Lindahl and the author Carin Lindskog, as well as a conversation with Åke BV Rydén . In 1947-1956 he married Marianne Höök (1918-1970), 1957-1970 with Inga-Lill Lindqvist (1925-2009) and 1970 with Inga Kristoffersson (born 1943). wiki
