Tamar van den Dop ( Amsterdam , February 8, 1970 ) is a Dutch actress , director and scenario writer. In 1997 she received a Golden Picture for her role in the Black Snow series. As a theater actor, she won the Colombina in 2000 for her role as Hanna in the performance Schlemiel of the theater company The Great Head . For her role in Speeldrift of Toneelschuur Producties and the National Theater , she was nominated for Colombina in 2013. She had an important role in the film Karakter , who won the Oscar for best foreign film in 1998.

Career
Tamar van den Dop debuted in 1986 in the film Op hoop van Zegen , she played the role of Clementine, daughter of Forest owner Bos. After that she studied at the Toneelacademie Maastricht , where she graduated in 1993. During her study, she played in the film The County , which gave her a Golden Calf nomination, as well as her role in the film De Omweg in 2000.
