Exercise is often well down on our list of things to do, but in time you will discover if you don’t take care of you then you struggle more and more to take care of the things further up the list! And if you have any of the ailments above exercise is probably not optional for you, even if you don’t realise it yet.
The solution; you need to move “you” up your list of things to do. Our aim is to make that possible. The theory goes like this, perhaps we can coach you through some exercise at home or wherever you are now to start you back on your fitness journey! Once you get started you may never look back!
Our goal is to provide that e-learning platform. The aim of eFit30 is to provide a tool to help you fit in your exercise each day and eliminate some of the problems or excuses that otherwise could stand in the way of you getting fitter.
Our trainers are normal down to earth people who love their fitness and know a thing or two about their chosen fitness fields. We hope you like them as much as we do!
