Roger Pierre Shah (DJ Shah) rozpoczął produkcję muzyki wypuszczając takie krążki, jak „The Mission”, „Claps” czy „Tides of Time”. W 2003 roku nagranie „High” zostało wydane w sub-labelu Nebula, co okazało siękrokiem milowym w jego karierze. Od tego momentu współpracował z Anjunabeats, Vandit, Blackhole oraz z Armadą, a także z innymi, mniejszymi wydawnictwami. Krążek „Who Will Find Me”, który ukazał się w 2007 roku, zyskał miano ulubionego kawałka roku 2007 w audycji Armina Van Buurena (favourite track of 2007). Tak w dużym skrócie wygląda kariera artysty, który nie tylko współpracował z legendarnymi wokalistkami, jak Sarah McLachlan czy Nadia Ali, ale także robił doskonałe remixy dla ogromnej liczby artystów - Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, Mark Norman, York, Cosmic Gate, Josh Gabriel, Johan Gielen, System F, The Thrillseekers, Solarstone, Three Drives, Matt Darey czy Oceanlab! Shah przez samego Tiesto uważany jest po prostu za znakomitego producenta, podobnie twierdzą fani muzyki klubowej.
Pisząc o tym artyście nie sposób pominąć jego liczne pseudonimy, gdyż nie zawsze tworzy jako Shah. Produkował także jako High Noon at Salinas, Magic Island, Savannah i wreszcie – Sunlounger. Pod tym ostatnim wyszedł nawet w 2007 roku album „Another Day on The Terrace”, który cieszył się gigantyczną popularnością. Nic dziwnego – promowały go dwa znakomite nagrania: „In & Out” oraz „White Sand”. Z biegiem czasu Sunlounger przekształcił się w live-act, który został uwieczniony na wydaniu DVD Armin Only. Oprócz tego, Shah jest odpowiedzialny za projekt Global Experience, który współtworzy z nim Ralph Fridge. Kolejnym etapem w karierze DJa Shaha było założenie własnego wydawnictwa, Shah-Music (Magic Island Records) oraz we współpracy z innym znanym artystą, jakim jest Pedro Del Mar, stworzenie wspaniałego show – Mellomania. Sformułowanie „DJ” nie jest jednak przypadkowym przedrostkiem przed pseudonimem Shah. Roger doskonale promuje się na świecie, grając sety i live-acty między innymi w USA, Chinach, Grecji, Hiszpanii, Tajlandii, Francji, Wielkiej Brytanii, Turcji, Holandii i wielu innych krajach.
