Given the intensity of these workout routines, they are probably best used by those who are beyond the beginner's level, or at least close to being at the intermediate level. Viewers interested in increasing the difficulty of this workout can hold light barbells while following along. The exercises tend to help tone the thighs and buttocks the most. Though some cueing appears to be off, it is still possible to follow these instructors most of the time. There's fun music in the background to help people stay energized and motivated to finish the routines.
