TV Movie - 95 min - Drama | Music - 9 December 1980 (USA)
A divorced woman moves to a new city with her child, trying to build her life again. She joins the choir of a local church but has some personality conflicts with the choirmaster, acurmudgeonly old gentleman who will accept nothing but perfection from his group. As Christmas approaches and the choir practices for a big show and the director pushes them all to their emotional limits, she contemplates quitting the group.
A divorced woman moves to San Francisco from Omaha after her divorce. Leaving her young son with his grandmother while trying to build her life again, she joins the choir of a local church. A tough, curmudgeonly, perfectionist choirmaster, is hired and attempts to whip the choir into shape for a Christmas concert. The choir group overcomes issues including ageism, racism, teen angst, small group divas, middle-aged relationships, single parenthood, the plight of struggling low income churches, and replacing the old with the new. Slow-paced, but with issues that still ring true today. A must view for any adult choir group.

Jake is tricked by his ma to spend Christmas with his 'badly ill' dad, judge Joe Cunningham. Jake never visited his family in years, so he passes off Brandi as his steady date. She insists to stay, and like ma enjoys the posh - working class seasonal culture clash. Things get grim again when dad discovers Jake is undercover and sympathizes rather with the corrupt Shift family's lawyer Stanley.

Mała Patsy i jej ciotka Trish(Masterson) podczas kolejnej próby kradzieży w domu towarowym, zostają złapane, jednak wezwana policja nie bardzo chce zatrzymać je na święta.
Dyrektor nakazuje więc swojemu pracownikowi ochrony, Bertowi, aby zajął się zatrzymanymi przez święta a ten zabiera je do swojego domu, aby po świętach przekazać je do aresztu.............
