Willy Rozier (27 de junio de 1901 - 29 de mayo de 1983) fue un director, actor, productor y guionista cinematográfico de nacionalidad francesa.

Nacido en Talence, Francia, su verdadero nombre era Xavier Vallier. Falleció en Neuilly-sur-Seine al suicidarse con un arma de fuego.

In 1925, he was a French champion in swimming with a breaststroke and represented France at the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928. His sporting passions made him a forerunner in the field of cinema: thus, with Michel Rocca, Chief operator since 1949, he developed an underwater camera Aquaflex, on the occasion of the film "L'Epave", and directed underwater actors.
