We take your privacy very seriously. This keyboard does not learn from password fields and all language data learned on your device is stored on your device’s internal memory or SD card and never transferred.

Internet connection permission is required to install this app, so that language module files and cloud personalization data can be downloaded.

NOTE:
Upgrading from SwiftKey X, you may experience trouble with apostrophes or accented characters in predictions. This is because you need to update your language models. To do this, go to Settings, Languages & layouts, press menu and tap "update languages". When "update" appears next to your language(s), press it. When you return to your keyboard things should be working properly. *
What's in this version:
* Improvements and fixes for language pack management (both personal language models and download process)
* Fixes for problems with some keyboard layouts (e.g. Spanish) that were defaulting to QWERTY
* Improvements with dealing with personalization requests, including a specific fix for Twitter addressing changes to Twitter’s API
* Fixing the bug in which the bottom row of the keyboard is obscured by the menu bar (Meizu Mx2, Mx3 , HTC DNA)
* Resolved some minor app-specific issues
