Verbotene Liebe (1989) aka Forbidden Love.avi

Sensitive, honest, balanced, beautifully photographed drama that - 10 years after date - is still more actual considering the more and more uptight reaction towards sexuality as such of, and as expression of love between young people. With sharpness the film shows the inhuman attitude and petit bourgeois hypocracy of the community and the destructive effect of only following rules.

A film to be seen by those who think there is such a thing as "under age" and that the state should be our guide of morals.

Film zdobył nagrodę na festiwalu filmowym w Cannes w 1999 roku. Akcja "L'Humanite" rozgrywa sie w Bailleul, w bliżej nieokreslonym miejscu we Flandrii.

Aniceto (2008).avi

Leonardo Favio´s long awaited return to the movies was a triumph. On August 3rd, the Argentinean Film Journalists Association gave the Condor Awards to the 2008 local film production, and Aniceto, Favio´s latest film, got 9 out of the 11 statues it had been nominated for.

A musical remake of his own previous film “Éste es el romance del Aniceto y la Francisca…” (This is the romance of Aniceto and Francisca…), the movie won the awards for Best Film, Best Director (Leonardo Favio), Best Adapted Screenplay (Favio and others, based on Jorge Zuhair Jury´s short story), Best New Actor (Hernán Piquín), Best Cinematography (Alejandro Giuliani), Best Editing (Paola Amor), Best Sound and Music (Iván Wyszogrod), and Best Art Direction (Andrés Echebeste).

Aniceto hints a universe which is unusual in Argentine cinema: using dance language and a dramatic soundtrack, the film’s originality lies in the way these elements are combined with simple but powerful and beautiful set designs, which change their intensity as the dramatic quality of the story increases. Love, passion, disappointment, pain and sadness shape this love triangle between Aniceto, Francisca and Lucía, played by dancers Hernán Piquín, Natalia Pelayo and Alejandra Bald

This complex and confusing Spanish feature intercuts stories from 1936, 1940, 1970 and 1988, and has Victoria Abril play three different parts in them. The lives of many people are shown to be tangled together in nearly incomprehensible ways, and many of the characters are prone to engage in unsavory sexual acts involving fetishism and sadomasochism.

The Trap - La Gabbia (1985).avi

An international co-production with dialogue in both Italian and English, this erotic thriller from writer Lucio Fulci and director Giuseppe Patroni-Griffi stars Tony Musante as Michael Parker, a successful American businessman living in Italy with his girlfriend. When she leaves on vacation, Michael is soon involved in a torrid, passionate affair with Marie (Laura Antonelli), a woman with whom he once enjoyed a one-night stand. This time, however, Marie is not about to let Michael off the romantic hook so easily, exacting horrific revenge on her lover.
Further complicating Michael's love life is Jacqueline, Marie's nubile preteen daughter, whose attraction for Michael pits mother and daughter against each other in an incestuous love triangle. La Gabbia (1985), which translates as "Collector's Item," was also released in the United States as Dead Fright. Although similar to director Adrian Lyne's blockbuster hit Fatal Attraction (1985), which was released the same year, the rougher-hewn La Gabbia actually preceded Lyne's film.

Filmy - Girl Hell 1999 Shjo jigoku ichi ky ky ky.avi

"Girl Hell 1999" aka "Injured Murder Rape Film" is another nasty film from Daisuke Yamanouchi's oeuvre.I own this sickie in Japanese,so the plot is not fully understandable for me,but here we go:a girl enjoys riding her bike and she meets her homeless mother in a field who is breastfeeding a doll(actual milk comes out). One day she comes back home and she sees her father raping her older sister who is bandaged almost head to toe.A rich pervert is stalking her and she encounters two teenagers on a murder and rape rampage.Japanese exploitation director Daisuke Yamanouchi specializes in making obscure and very nasty pinku eiga oriented films filled with sadistic rape and sexual abuse."Girl Hell 1999" has a feeling of "Red Room" movies and "Mu Zan E" as it offers plenty of nihilism. An interesting curio for fans of ero gro.All others should avoid it

L' Uomo la donna e la bestia (1977).avi

"L'uomo, la donna e la bestia" is what one could call an avant-garde film - it has something of Pasolini and of the Buñuel of "Un chien andalou".

The film begins in black and white. A man is watching a gravestone. On the gravestone there's a photo - it's his own photo. We see some images in black and white. An image of a woman. B&w turns into colors. The woman moves.

The man who was staring at the gravestone is a communist in crisis (but he's not a wife-beater as another reviewer wrote). He doesn't know anymore if his ideology has any use or reality at all. What is truth? But he still hangs on to his icons: photos of Lenin, the hammer & sickle etc.. His wife is a mentally disturbed woman that can be sometimes very aggressive.

We are in a small town in Italy. People are preparing themselves for the feast for the town's patron saint. The film feels natural: Little boys running around selling drawings of saints. The priest organizing the procession. Boys meeting girls at the town's main square etc... You don't feel that you're watching a film. I had almost the feeling of being there.

The Other Side of the Underneath (1972).avi

Jane Arden's violent and powerful adaptation of her work with the Holocaust women's theatre troupe looks into the mind of a woman labelled schizophrenic and finds, not madness, but tortured sexual guilt created by the taboos of society.

Juxtaposing visions of personal hell with group psychotherapy sessions presided over by Jane Arden herself, "The Other Side of the Underneath" is an unsettling experience and provides an illustration of the idea that insanity is a kind of death that must be followed by rebirth. The terrifying fantasy sequences are utterly convincing images of madness from the inside and convey the depair and destitution of a personality that has been fragmented.

Beautiful Teacher in Torture Hell (1985).avi

Beautiful Teacher in Torture Hell is a fun and sleazy romp that brings a little more originality in terms of storyline to the table than the average pinku torture-fest. The concept is decent with a few twists, though towards the middle of the film, it reverts back into the normal bondage-type material that is so prevalent in the genre...

A new teacher is brought to a school where she is bullied and raped by some local toughs. When the teacher saves the school director's grand-daughter from some abuse at the hands of the bullies, the director invites her over for dinner as a "thank-you". Turns out, he's actually the mastermind of a ring that abuses new teachers and turns them into sex-slaves. The ring includes not only the director, but other teachers, the bullies, and even the janitor...

The first half of Beautiful Teacher in Torture Hell is pretty original and plays out almost as a sleazy mystery - until we find out exactly what's going on - and then we get the requisite tortures at the hands of the school director and others. Basic rape/bondage material on display with none of the scenes being extremely noteworthy. One scene where the teacher is enemized then forced to sit in an aquarium until she "releases" is kinda novel.
