Futures End was DC Comics' universe-wide event for 2014, chronicling Batman (Terry McGinnis)'s journey back in time, in order to stop Brother Eye from taking over the world and wiping out humanity.
In September of 2014, all current series jumped forward 5 years in time for special Futures End issues, detailing possible futures of all of DC's heroes, villains and teams. All issues featured 3D lenticular covers, similar to the Villain's Month of the previous year.
