UFC 29 represented a major turning point in the history of mixed martial arts, as the UFC was sold to new parent company Zuffa, LLC soon after the event. It was the last UFC event held by parent company SEG, and took place in Japan.
Featuring duel title defenses by Pat Miletich and Tito Ortiz, UFC 29 also featured one of the rare losses of future Welterweight Champion Matt Hughes's stellar early career, as he was submitted in just 21 seconds by Dennis Hallman. Opis:
The title of UFC 28 was oddly fitting, as it adequately portrayed not only the risk/reward aspect of some of the card's stellar fights, but also the precarious financial situation of parent company SEG, which would go on to sell the UFC a few months later to Zuffa, LLC. UFC 28 would be the last event held by SEG in the United States.
The event featured the promotional debuts of some of the sport's future stars, including Andrei Arlovski, Renato "Babalu" Sobral, and Josh Barnett, and it also marked the UFC return of former Heavyweight Champion Randy Couture. In an important change, the event was also the first to be sanctioned by the New Jersey State Athletic Control Board and was held under the newly formed "Unified Rules of Mixed Martial Arts," which introduced stricter weight classes.

Fight Card::

Lightweight bout: Ben Earwood vs. Chris Lytle
Middleweight bout: Mark Hughes vs. Alex Stiebling

While parent company SEG would sell the badly flagging UFC business to Zuffa, LLC just six months after UFC 26, the event proved to be a favorite among diehard MMA fans. In the third UFC event to be held in Japan, and the second in Tokyo, UFC 25 represented one of the do-or-die moments in the "dark ages" of MMA in the United States, where parent company SEG was continuously failing to rekindle significant interest in the sport.
In the main event of the evening, Tito Ortiz and Wanderlei Silva, who would go on to become two of the biggest stars the sport had ever seen, battled for the vacant Middleweight Championship after Frank Shamrock's departure from the promotion. Opis:
The second UFC event not to see a DvD or home video release due to UFC parent company SEG’s near bankruptcy, UFC 24: First Defense was also one of the worst-performing events in company history. The main event, which was set to be a title fight between Kevin Randleman and Pedro Rizzo, was scrapped when Randleman knocked himself unconscious after slipping on the concrete floor warming up backstage.
As a silver lining, the event marked the television debut of scrappy lightweight and soon-to-be fan favorite Jens “Little Evil” Pulver, as well as the promotional debuts of Dave Menne and Shonie Carter. Dan “The Beast” Severn, a champion from earlier UFC events, served as a guess referee for the preliminary fights.

Opis:
In the second UFC event held in Japan, SEG, the parent company of the UFC at the time, attempted to seize on the zealous Japanese MMA fan base that Japanese promoters at Pride FC had taken hold of in recent months. Aside from featuring a Heavyweight Championship bout between Kevin Randleman and Pete Williams, the event featured the final tournament in UFC history, as the UFC Japan Tournament was held to crown a Japanese UFC champion. UFC 23 was the first UFC event not to see a DvD or home video release, as SEG was nearing bankruptcy due to extremely limited exposure in the United States and dismal performances on Pay Per View.

Opis:
UFC 22 marked the beginning of what is remembered as the "dark ages" of MMA, since parent company SEG was doing terrible business on Pay Per View and considered withholding the release of the event on DvD. Yet the event featured what was arguably the best fight the UFC had ever seen up until that time as well as the debuts of future champions Matt Hughes and Jens Pulver.
In the main event of the evening, Middleweight Champion Frank Shamrock took on his toughest test to date in young up-and-comer Tito Ortiz. After Ortiz threatened Shamrock with frequent takedowns and ground-and-pound in the first few rounds, Shamrock's technical kickboxing proved to be the difference-maker, as he pounded Ortiz into submission in the fourth round in what would be his final appearance for the promotion.

Preliminary bouts would be contested as two five minute-rounds while main card bouts would be three rounds and championship bouts five. Additionally, judges were now required to use the 10-point must system commonly used in boxing to score fights, rather than judging the fight in its entirety.

Opis:
UFC 19 was one of the most popular UFC events of the pre-Zuffa era. It featured the promotional debut of the imposing Kevin “The Monster” Randleman, as well as the first television appearance of future Light Heavyweight Champion and Hall of Famer Chuck Liddell. UFC 19 also set the stage for an important fan draw for years to come. In the main event of the evening, Tito Ortiz avenged his loss to Guy Mezger, but the post-fight disrespect he demonstrated towards his opponent lead to a long-standing rivalry between Ortiz and Lion's Den coach and UFC superstar Ken Shamrock. The war of words eventually boiled over into a series of three fights between the two men. Though Ortiz dominated Shamrock each time in the cage, the real winner was the UFC, as the fights became three of the most popular in early UFC history.

Fight Card::
Middleweight : Sione Latu vs Joey Roberts
Heavyweight : Pete Williams vs Jason Godsey

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. Alias: Transformers: War for Cybertron 2.

XX wieku. Produkcja została stworzona przez High Moon Studios. Deweloper ma na koncie kilka odsłon serii Transformers: Dark of the Moon i War For Cybertron oraz parę innych gier (np. Darkwatch i Robert Ludlum?s The Bourne Conspiracy).

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron to gra akcji, w której wcielamy się w różne roboty i walczymy z przeciwnikami.
