Warto aby osoby sprawujące władzę, a także jak największa liczba obywateli ustosunkowała się do druku 1449 (www.sejm.gov.pl/Sejm9.nsf/druk.xsp?nr=1449). Poniżej kilka punktów jakie ona zawiera. 1. Rząd zakłada, że tzw. „Fundusz Kompensacyjny” będzie wypłacał odszkodowania za skutki uboczne po zastrzykach przeciw Covid przez co najmniej 10 lat. Rząd zakłada, że koszty wypłaty odszkodowań wyniosą ok. 9,4 miliona rocznie. Koszty obsługi odszkodowań (pensje, opłaty za przesyłki i inne administracyjne) mają wynieść ok. 850 tys. rocznie. 4. Wprowadzenie kary administracyjnej dla obywatela do 30 000 zł, a nieudzielenie na żądanie inspektora sanitarnego, posiadanych według inspektora przez obywatela informacji na temat np. osób podejrzanych o zarażenie (str. 22 druku). W ten sposób inspektor sanitarny ma uzyskać prawo do przesłuchiwania obywateli i w przypadku niezadowolenia z zeznań natychmiastowego karania. 5. Rozpoznanie choroby zakaźnej przez lekarza u danej osoby nie będzie już wymagać żadnych badań laboratoryjnych lub diagnostycznych. Według projektu wystarczy, że w celu stwierdzenia danej choroby zakaźnej lekarz popatrzy na obywatela i zbada go. Ponieważ choroba Covid-19 nie ma żadnych swoistych objawów klinicznych oznacza to wprost, że tzw. diagnostyka Covid-19 ma według rządu przybrać formy kabaretowe. Byłoby to nawet śmieszne, ale w innym miejscu projektu jest zapis, że osobę podejrzaną o chorobę zakaźną można przymusić do odbycia nawet 30 dniowej kwarantanny (str. 19 druku).
