Every 2-3 seconds mouse cursor freezes, touchpad and usb mouse well as . Update all drivers + bios, the problem continues.

Disable and remove the Radeon HD 8400/R3 device.
And then try one of these drivers:
- sp73276.exe
- amd-catalyst-15.7.1-with-dotnet45-win8.1-64bit
Works for me:
- Amd_Catalyst_15.200.1006_x64 installed manually as new hardware

Like u see, everything now works well, but if u dont install driver, Windows do it by own for a newest driver, after next restart.

Amd_Catalyst_15.200.1006_x64.zip - w moim przypadku działają te,
aczkolwiek według różnych zebranych dowodów, reszta w folderze też powinna działać.
