OPH Crack

You will need to download ophcrack CD, installer for Windows or source code to run ophcrack on MacOS/Linux.

You can use these table with ophcrack to safely recover Windows passwords.
These can be used with the Linux LiveCD as well as the installed versions for Windows\Linux\MacOSX.
Basically, wherever ophcrack can be installed, you can use these tables.
After extraction, open ophcrack. Next, near the top of the program, click the "Tables" button.
Afterward, the "Install" button. Then, simply navigate to the folder containing the table(s) you would like to use.

Each folder has a ReadMe explaining the corresponding Character Set.

LM hash tables (For XP LM hashes only):
XP_free_small (formerly known as SSTIC04-10k)
Charset: 0123456789abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

XP_free_fast (formerly known as SSTIC04-5k)
Charset: 0123456789abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

Notes:
The tables XP_free_small and XP_free_fast are the same table. XP_fast is simply larger and thus less compressed, making it faster.
