Rozgrywkę zaczynamy jako kompletny żółtodziób, ale wraz z postępami w zabawie będziemy zdobywali punkty doświadczenia, które wydamy na rozwój umiejętności takich jak rolnictwo, górnictwo, połów ryb czy karmienie zwierząt. Bohater regularnie uczy się również nowych przepisów kulinarnych oraz schematów konstrukcji przedmiotów.
