Deviation 1971.avi

The film follows Paul and his mistress Olivia as they are driving back to their hometown after what has presumably been a romantic getaway. Paul isn't quite divorced yet, and this bothers Olivia, as it ostensibly allows him to keep both of his women without feeling guilty. As they are driving through a dark forest, a man in a white poncho jumps in front of the car, and, swerving so as not to hit the man, Paul crashes into a tree. They are met in the woods by Julian and Rebbecca, a mysterious couple who live in the virtually empty woods, and practice taxidermy. During the night Paul gets the feeling that something is wrong, and as he investigates, he eventually gets killed by Rebbecca in a moment of psycho-sexual catharsis. The next morning Julian and Rebbecca tell Olivia that Paul has simply taken the train back to London in order to be at work on time. Meanwhile, the enigmatic couple work on taking Olivia farther and farther into their world of sex and mystery.

Hitozuma korekutâ (1985) aka Wife Collector.avi

Mocne Erotyki - Hitozuma korekut 1985 aka Wife Collector.avi

Wife Collector was director Hisayasu Sato's third feature film, made in 1985. It follows the actions of a disgruntled taxi driver who regularly rapes his clients, videotaping the act. One of his victims, whom he has for some reason developed a sort of attachment to (partly due to the physical remains of the act; the evidence being the bite mark left on his shoulder), can no longer enjoy sex with her husband. Instead she takes to the streets and offers her body to whoever is willing, not charging anything. The woman's younger sister, who lives with her, has discovered all this and documented it with photographs that she eventually reveals to her sister and sister's husband, before she decides to meet with the taxi driver herself.

Somnambuul (Sulev Keedus, 2003).avi

Autumn 1944, Estonia. Tens of thousands of people leave their homeland in fear of approaching frontline. Some seashore villages remain completely empty. A young woman with huge grey eyes gets off the boat. Eetla leaves the last boat, thus giving up her last chance to escape. Defying the cold wind and rain of September, she returns to the lighthouse which is unexpected to her father Gottfrid, the lighthouse keeper, and herself. Eetla's return becomes her self-encounter and self-recognition. Why is Eetla terrified of reality? For fear of tomorrow, anxiety for the unpredictable tomorrow. Eetla seeks refuge in her dreams, either dreamt or not dreamt ones, recounting them to her father or to a young doctor, a war refugee Kasper, or herself. It does not matter to whom. Reciting keeps alive the moment in between what has passed and what will come, in between yesterday and nescience. Like a prayer driven by fear to lose her balance. The balance between being awake and asleep. This fear to yield is Eetla's fear. "Somnambulance" is a psychological drama about the fear of losing balance.

Opowiada o miłości arystokraty i prostej dziewczyny, sytuacji niewyobrażalnej w Chile tamtych lat. Jednakże jest to przede wszystkim głęboki i mądry film o latach zdominowanych przez ruch kontestacji, który miał odmienić oblicze całego regionu.

Because of the Cats (1973) Z powodu kotów.avi

A gang of six wealthy, well-dressed and well-spoken hoodlums break into a married couple's house and rape the wife while forcing the husband to watch. Thus begins a dogged investigation by a determined detective who quickly finds that their cult-like solidarity can be a serious obstacle to breaking them.

This is a rather good drama, very much of its time, that begins with a graphic gang rape, becomes a meandering cop story before hurtling us into the sex and violence underbelly of communes cum cults cum dogmatic nihilism. For the most part naturalistic and frank, which in part means we get the cop full frontal as well as all the girls (including a very early appearance from Sylvia Kristel) but also a feeling that we are witnessing nothing too forced. Only the later glimpses of the darker activities with the psychedelic edge hint at anything particularly stylish, but the film is none the worse for that. All performances are fine and even the scenes with the 'posh' kids and their parents are well done. A film that could not be made today and an intelligent look at counter culture of the day.

Le Secret (2000).mkv

Thirtysomething wife and mother Marie works as a sales agent for an encyclopedia chain. While on a routine job she meets Bill, a strangely removed, black American dance teacher who ignites Marie's curiosity. On the pretence of having left a scarf at his house, she visits Bill again and offers herself to him. In their numerous explicit encounters, Marie enjoys a sexual fulfillment that's painfully absent from her relationship with husband François, and relishes an escape from the mundanity of her shared home life. Despite the risks involved she embraces her secret and the payoff it provides.
This emotional drama was co-written by Erick Zonca, director of "The Dreamlife of Angels".

Dedicato al mare Egeo (1979) Dedicated to the Aege an Sea.rmvb

Now here's a real oddity : a one time only directorial effort from highly regarded Japanese author Masuo Ikeda, with Italian co-funding in order to sidestep strict as well as erratic Nipponese censorship laws (to little avail as it would turn out), shot superbly (by Mario Vulpiani who photographed the underrated giallo THE BLOODSTAINED SHADOW and Stuart Gordon's delirious CASTLE FREAK) on the ever photogenic Greek isles. Protagonist is a handsome young artist named Nikos (Claudio Aliotti from Lucio Fulci's GHOSTS OF SODOM) who lives in a boarding house run by love-starved divorcée Elda (Olga Karlatos, Mrs. One Eye from Fulci's ZOMBI 2) and her retarded daughter who has a serious crush on the womanizing painter. This initially exploitable character is played surprisingly (and indelibly) well by teen actress Sandra Dobrigna - billed here as Sandra Dobri - who you may recall as the little girl from the opening scenes of THE PYJAMA GIRL CASE. Her mere presence in what is essentially a sex film (relax, she's nowhere to be seen once textile is shed) gives a disturbing edge to this hothouse melodrama. Well, Ikeda IS Japanese, after all. The film's most explicit (though not hardcore) scenes involve Nikos and a pair of Swedish tourists, smoldering brunette Stefania Casini (from Dario Argento's SUSPIRIA) and a glowingly youthful, soon to become porn icon Ilona Staller a.k.a. la Cicciolina herself! These two exquisite women share the movie's single most memorable carnal encounter as they languidly make love in a very white bedroom setting as Nikos is forced to watch from the sidelines. Ennio Morricone's plaintive score adds just the right touch of melancholy and foreboding doom this somewhat overwrought but impossible to forget miniature Greek tragedy demands.

Lovers (Jean-Marc Barr, 1999).avi

Kochankowie/The Lovers, 1999
Reż. Jean Marc Barr
La femme: Elodie Bouchez
L'homme: Sergej Trifunovic
Dogma w Paryżu . Każdy ma taką Dogmę, na jaką zasłużył. Dogmy skandynawskie to zwykle rodzinne dramaty o stłumieniach, nerwicach i psychicznych zatwardzeniach. Dogma francuska to oczywiście romans. Pamiętny z Wielkiego Błękitu Jean-Marc Barr przeszedł dobry dogmatyczny trening grając w filmach Larsa von Triera i bez trudu narzucił miłości francuskiej dogmatyczne zasady.

Ido (2005) aka Id.rmvb

A man known as the "Murderer" wanders through the woods. The sound of water flowing deep underground fills his head. Within the sound of the subterranean water flowing through the "id", the realm of the subconscious mind, the "Voice of Someone" becomes audible. The man emerging from the woods was captivated by that voice, engulfed in a raging storm and carried along by the swollen waters of a river until picked up and taken to a small steel factory in a town near the river. In front of that factory, which adjoins a pig farm, an ancient water course has been sealed with a giant spigot. The man is resonant with the "id" water sounds of that sealed water course. Before long, incidents gradually begin to occur that affect the frugal occupants of the factory, until one morning they discover the body of the head of the factory, who has been beaten to death. The perpetrator is a female employee of the factory, and in fact it was her voice that had beckoned that man there. The hatred and sadness that those two had resonated in the realm of the "id" brings about the appearance of the "Humanhog" monster, which emits a rotten stench. Around that time, as if summoned by destiny, the ex-Detective that has been pursuing that man finally arrives in that factory town.
