Using Alienslofs great Giger-Armor, a few guys at the German community thought, the claws on the gauntlets should be longer to fight with them.
So I enlarged the claws and now you can sting up your enemies with them :)
You can buy the claws at the same place, where you can buy the original armor, from Maro Rufus at The Best Defense in the Market District (and there is a chest in the Testinghall, too)

When you murder someone out of sight and out of sound range, the guards will not show up out of nowhere, unless they are nearby and hear the yelling. Voice distance for reporting crimes has been greatly reduced. But a guard walking within the reduced alarm range still might might hear the screams for help. There will be no bounty placed on your head unless the guards hear the original NPC crime victim yelling at the time the crime is commited. And you will also be arrested if the guards see you chasing or being chased by an attack victim.

Faster_Mercantile_leveling.zip

If you find that your minor skill, Mercantile, is going up way too slowly compared to your other minor skills, then this might suit you well.
It basically makes you level in Mercantile 2.5 times faster than before (reason being that the original "use value" associated with making a sale is 0.4; I changed that to 1; 1 divided by 0.4 = 2.5).
This means that you’ll need to make 100 sales for a level up (50 for v1.1; see below for more details).
Be careful, as Bethesda uses an asinine system for this aspect of the game, selling 100 objects in one ‘batch’ does not equal to making 100 sales… Let me explain; if you have 10 silver vases to sell, sell them one by one, and all in all you’ll get 10 "sales" out of the deal. Sell them all at once, in one batch, and that’ll only count as one "sale". GGs, Bethesda.

Bounty_Reduction_Over_Time.zip

This mod will cause bounties to gradually decrease with time, for those thieves/assassins etc. that want to melt away in to the night for a while, without being forced to always have to either pay a fine, sent to jail, or killed by guards as the only choice once you have a bounty.

If it helps at all, you can imagine that the guards are very busy, and don't have perfect memories either. If they don't catch you after a while, they must dispose of the evidence they had (if any!) to make way for evidence from fresh crimes, and spend their time with all the crimes currently taking place rather than devoting all their time on finding you.

Being caught picking a lock means you need to escape for up to 10 minutes real time. Assaulting somebody? You'll need to vanish for a good 40 minutes or so real time. Murderer? Oh dear... you should vanish in to the night for at least a few hours real time.
