Jest to reedycja pierwszej płyty zespołu Perfect, który ukazał się na rynku w pamiętnym 1981 roku – roku niepokojów społecznych i rosnącej świadomości nieuchronnych zmian. Płyta „Perfect” była protestem przeciwko ówczesnej rzeczywistości i stanowiła głos pokolenia.

Zarejestrowane nagrania - pomimo upływu lat nadal brzmią świeżo i energetycznie. Kultowy dla pokolenia 50-latków, tzw. "biały album” zespołu, nagrywany był podczas dwóch sesji w studiu M1 na Myśliwieckiej (obecnie Studiu Koncertowym Polskiego Radia im. A. Osieckiej) przez Wojtka Przybylskiego i Jarka Regulskiego. Zespół nagrywał, a następnie koncertował w składzie: Zbigniew Hołdys, Grzegorz Markowski, Ryszard Sygitowicz, Zdzisław Zawadzki, Piotr Szkudelski.
