Noel M. Smith (22 de mayo de 1895 Rockland, California - 20 de septiembre de 1955 Los Ángeles, California) fue un director de cine y guionista estadounidense.

Biografía
Noel Mason Smith comenzó su carrera en Hollywood en 1912. Además de su trabajo como director y guionista, también se desempeñó como asistente de dirección y director de segunda unidad.

En la década de 1920, Smith dirigió una serie de películas de aventuras al aire libre con estrellas de origen animal como Rin Tin Tin, Klondike y Silverstreak. La siguiente década estuvo en contrato con Warner Bros. y rodó varios westerns con el artista Dick Foran. Más adelante también filmará series y películas de aventuras en su lista de trabajos de 125 películas.

De 1917 a 1926 estuvo casado con la actriz Louise Fazenda; tuvo un segundo matrimonio en 1930 con la actriz Adeline Louise Paulson. wiki
